Starliner Mars Express Route Launch

Launch Hosted by HSW Olympus Mons Spaceport, Terminal 1

The Halcyon Starliner begins regular Earth–Mars service with 1,200 passengers aboard. Director of Flight Operations Priya Venkataraman explains how four pilots and a crew of 64 operate the liner on a fixed timetable.

VP Sales Chidi Okonkwo outlines the operators who have signed on and what the 1,680 Mc ship means for passenger fares. Guests can tour the spin-gravity decks before departure. The Starliner flies the Earth–Mars run with a range of 45 AU and a top speed of 520 km/s, giving passengers a comfortable transit with spin-gravity cabins, restaurants and an observation deck. Guests will see the lounges and family suites before boarding opens.

The ceremony includes a ribbon cutting at Terminal 1, a live link with Kepler Yards and the first departure call for the inaugural passengers.

For travel operators, press and the first passengers.
