Kwame Asante joined Halcyon to work on hard problems, and as Lightsail Research Lead there has been no shortage of them.

Within Propulsion, Kwame Asante is the go-to person for lightsail physics, laser propulsion and interstellar mission design. Many of the improvements in our recent ship classes trace back to their reviews.

Outside work, Kwame Asante enjoys stargazing, which, they admit, is not much of a break from the day job.
