Elias Moreau

Elias Moreau is a developer advocate at the Austin campus. He helps developers, students and partners build on Halcyon's open data and open-source flight software, and writes the tutorials that accompany each new release.

Elias created the popular demo that replays the Aurora Mk II's record courier run from live telemetry, and hosts Halcyon's developer webinars.

Elias also maintains the official client libraries for Halcyon's telemetry APIs and organises community hackathons on Earth and Luna. Before Halcyon he taught computer science and still loves explaining complex systems simply. He is a regular speaker at developer conferences and leads the community calls where contributors from partner companies discuss upcoming releases of Halcyon's open-source flight software.
