Noa Ben-David

Noa Ben-David is Head of Industrial Design at the Toulouse campus. She leads the team that gives Halcyon ships their distinctive look, from the swept lines of the Aurora Mk II to the calm, layered interiors of the Halcyon Starliner.

Noa believes good design starts with the people aboard and works closely with engineering from the very first sketch. She also leads the visual design of the Eidolon Lightsail Prototype.

Noa trained as an industrial designer in Tel Aviv and spent several years designing high-speed trains before joining Halcyon. She regularly speaks at design conferences about form and function in spacecraft, and mentors a team of designers who work across the Toulouse, Valparaíso and Oceania campuses on everything from hull livery to cockpit lighting.
