Ana Kalani presents the Sparrow Trainer curriculum and lessons from the first cadet intake.

A roundtable follows with flight schools from across Oceania. Ana will describe how cadets progress from simulator sessions to dual flights in the Sparrow, a two-seat trainer with forgiving handling and a top speed of 95 km/s. She will share pass rates, common mistakes and how instructors give feedback. She will also explain how the Sparrow's low price of 4.1 Mc lets smaller flight schools build fleets, and how graduates move on to the Wren Microlifter or the Kestrel shuttle. The roundtable will discuss shared standards for pilot licences across Oceania, and how schools can pool simulators and instructors.
