Mars Settlement Planning Conference

Arjun Mehta presents how Gravitas Dock Barges assemble infrastructure in orbit.

Nkechi Adeyemi and Amira Benali discuss Meridian Colony Ark logistics and partnerships with settlement authorities. Arjun will describe how three-pilot Gravitas barges with 26 crew each assemble docks, stations and ark hulls in orbit above Mars, and how the same approach could build surface infrastructure modules. Nkechi will explain the engineering of the Meridian Colony Ark, which carries 4,800 settlers and 260,000 tonnes of equipment. Amira will talk about partnerships with settlement councils and suppliers that keep new colonies supplied in their first years.

Other sessions cover water, power, housing and governance for new settlements. Halcyon staff will be available for meetings throughout the conference.

For planners, settlement councils and suppliers. Delegates can arrange a visit to the Olympus Ring yard the day after the conference.
