Handover day: Shackleton Regolith Works receives its Wren Microlifter fleet
This week we delivered 10 Wren Microlifter hulls to Shackleton Regolith Works. The firm was founded in 2117 and runs its operations out of Luna.
The Surface-to-orbit lifter will be used on the company's L5 Lagrange Station routes. Each one is flown by 1 crew members at the helm, and the backup crews have already finished simulator certification.
Shackleton Regolith Works says the decision came down to fuel economy, reliability and the Halcyon support network across the system.
We wish every crew safe flights and smooth burns.
