Release notes: Seraph Triage Assistant

The latest release of Seraph Triage Assistant is now live. This open source project (the ground segment) remains freely available under MIT.

In this cycle we improved the quality and coverage of Triage decision support, Radiation dose calculator and Offline medical reference. Calibration pipelines have been re-run against the newest ground-truth campaigns.
