People of Halcyon: Isabel Navarro

Behind every ship there are people. This month we introduce Isabel Navarro, Human Factors Engineer in Safety & Mission Assurance.

Their day-to-day work draws on human factors, ergonomics and crew fatigue, and they mentor newer engineers and operators on these topics as well.

Asked what keeps them motivated, Isabel Navarro talks about watching a ship they helped build head out toward the outer system.

Catch Isabel Navarro live at Nairobi Mission Safety Forum.
