Industrial Design Biennale

Noa Ben-David presents the industrial design language shared across the Halcyon fleet. Thiago Santos shows full-scale cabin mock-ups from the Starliner and the Meridian Colony Ark.

The exhibit runs for all four days of the biennale. Noa will explain how the fleet shares a common language of handles, lighting and colour so that crews moving from a Kestrel to an Atlas or Starliner feel at home immediately. Visitors can handle prototype fittings and materials. Thiago's exhibit includes a full-size Starliner passenger suite and a family cabin from the Meridian Colony Ark, designed for settlers who will spend months aboard a 2.4-kilometre ship.

Halcyon designers will give guided tours of the exhibit twice daily.

For designers, architects and the general public. Entry to the Halcyon pavilion is free for biennale ticket holders, and a printed design booklet will be available at the stand.
