Why Tidewater Salvage & Recovery chose the Basilisk Salvage Tug

When Tidewater Salvage & Recovery wanted more capacity for its Earth business, it compared ships from every major yard. In the end it ordered 15 Basilisk Salvage Tug hulls from Halcyon Stellar Works.

Founded in 2102 and headquartered at Oceania, Tidewater Salvage & Recovery needed a Salvage tug that a small flight crew of 2 could run safely over long rotations.

The company's fleet planners cited low operating costs and fast turnaround at Halcyon yards as the deciding factors.

The first ships are already in service, with the rest of the order arriving over the coming quarter.
