Founded in 2131 and headquartered at Phobos, Phobos Dockworks Guild needed a Surface-to-orbit lifter that a small flight crew of 1 could run safely over long rotations.

The company's fleet planners cited low operating costs and fast turnaround at Halcyon yards as the deciding factors.

The first ships are already in service, with the rest of the order arriving over the coming quarter.
