Handover day: Frontier Reach Expeditions receives its Tempest Ice Runner fleet

This week we delivered 2 Tempest Ice Runner hulls to Frontier Reach Expeditions. The firm was founded in 2170 and runs its operations out of Callisto.

The Outer-system ice transport will be used on the company's Neptune routes. Each one is flown by 3 crew members at the helm, and the backup crews have already finished simulator certification.

Frontier Reach Expeditions says the decision came down to fuel economy, reliability and the Halcyon support network across the system.
