Release notes: Lantern Deep-Space Relay Constellation

The latest release of Lantern Deep-Space Relay Constellation is now live. This satellite (Earth–Moon L5 halo orbit) remains freely available under CC-BY-4.0.

In this cycle we improved the quality and coverage of Laser relay uptime reports, Link budget telemetry and Public timing signal. Calibration pipelines have been re-run against the newest ground-truth campaigns.
