Toulouse Propulsion Summit
The Toulouse Propulsion Summit is where Halcyon's engine teams share the year's results with customers and the wider research community. This edition focuses on fuel economy: why the Odyssey Deep Explorer sips just 0.85 tonnes of helium-3 pellets per 100 AU while the Atlas Heavy Freighter needs 6.8 tonnes to push 52,000 tonnes of cargo.
Head of Propulsion Marguerite Delacroix opens with the roadmap for the next generation of pellet-fed drives. Fusion Drive Engineer Dev Raman presents the redesigned magnetic nozzle on the Aurora Mk II courier, which lets a single pilot reach 1,450 km/s. Afternoon sessions cover pellet supply chains, maintenance intervals and a panel on retrofitting older freighters.
A closing panel compares cost per kilometre second across the fleet, with live data from operators flying more than 300 Halcyon fusion ships.
Ideal for fleet engineers, procurement teams and propulsion students. Day two includes a guided tour of the Toulouse static test stand.
