Halcyon's Chief Safety Officer Grace Mwangi hosts this forum for operators, regulators and flight crews who care about bringing everyone home. Sessions examine incident data from the past year across the Halcyon fleet and what changed as a result.

Human Factors Engineer Isabel Navarro will present cockpit workload studies from the Sparrow Trainer, the 4.1 Mc two-seat craft used to teach new pilots. Test Pilot Zanele Dlamini walks through emergency procedures on the Seraph Medevac, whose two pilots and nine crew can stabilise twelve patients en route to a hospital. There are breakout workshops on fatigue management, radiation exposure planning and checklist design.

Day one ends with a hands-on cabin evacuation exercise in a full-size Seraph ward mock-up, and day two closes with a regulators' roundtable on harmonising inspection rules between Earth, Luna and Mars.
